January 1998

January 1998 issue focussed on a circuit ride trip taken by the Center staff into the field to visit with those involved in producing community newspapers. The conversations involved the problems of small newspapers and what the Center could do to help them.
This issue also covered dedication of a community center in the memory of Huckboyd in Phillipsburg, 10 years after his death.
